3. Shipping Rates
Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight/size.
We may offer Free Shipping promotions.
If available, it will be clearly displayed on the product page or at checkout.
4. Tracking Information
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Tracking may take 24–72 hours to update.
5. Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.
We are not responsible for:

Lost or stolen packages marked “Delivered” by the carrier

Most orders do not incur additional customs fees.
United Kingdom & International Orders
Import duties, VAT, and customs fees may apply depending on local laws.
These fees are not included in product prices or shipping costs and are the customer’s responsibility.
7. Shipping to P.O. Boxes
We ship to most U.S. and international P.O. boxes.
Some oversized items may not be eligible for P.O. Box delivery.
8. Order Not Received
If your tracking shows no movement for 10+ business days, or your package is significantly delayed, contact us at:
