1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns for:

Items not functioning as described

Unused items in original packaging (for hygiene-related products, see section 2)
To be eligible for a return:

The request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery (USA & UK standard)

The item must be in its original condition

You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
2. Non-Returnable Items (For Hygiene & Safety)
Due to health and hygiene regulations in both the USA and the UK, the following items cannot be returned once opened or used:

Oral care products (toothbrushes, flossers, whitening kits)

Hair styling devices that have been used

Personal care and grooming products

Items with opened seal or worn components
If the item is unopened and unused, it may still qualify for a return.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or defective:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery

Provide photos or video of the issue

We will send a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost
4. Exchanges
We offer exchanges only for:

Damaged items

Wrong color/variant shipped

Defective products
If you want a different product, you must return the original and place a new order.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
Approved refunds are issued to:

Or 3–10 business days (UK/International)
Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.
6. Return Shipping

7. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
If the order has already shipped, cancellation is not possible.
